Unified Payment Interface (UPI)

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payment system launched by National Payments Corporation of India and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India which facilitates the instant fund transfer between two bank accounts on the mobile platform. UPI is a system that powers multiple bank accounts into a single mobile application (of any participating bank), merging several banking features, seamless fund routing & merchant payments into one hood. It also caters to the “Peer to Peer” collect request which can be scheduled and paid as per requirement and convenience.

Our Bank is always a pioneer in extending the best services to our customers. Now, we have rolled out the most efficient payment service - Unified Payment Interface Service (UPI) in co-ordination with NPCI.

This service is open to all customers who have registered their mobile number and having valid TGB’s ATM cum debit Rupay card (required at the time of registration only) can avail UPI service instantly.

For availing the UPI Service, our customer can download BHIM App launched by NPCI or any other banks’ UPI app and complete simple registration process. Upon successful registration, customer can check balance, transfer fund and make all payments in any online payment portal, by choosing the Payment mode as BHIM UPI.
