Green Pin

TGB Offers you green pin facility applicable for both personalised and Non-personalised debit cards.
Visit our branch & register your mobile number to avail ATM card facility.
To begin with, both GREEN PIN facility and paper copy of PIN mailers will be available for new card holders at Branches.
New Card holders can use any of these two options for initiating card transactions.

Green PIN Generation

Insert the card and opt for GREEN PIN / FORGOT PIN option under Language selection screen of our ATM for PIN generation
The process is same for existing card holders who have forgotten their PIN for re-generating their Debit Card PIN.
Debit Card holder has to input information as directed by the input screen which are as under:
- Enter Last Six Digit of Primary Account Number.
- One OTP (One Time Password) will be received on registered mobile
- Enter OTP received on registered mobile into the ATM screen
- Enter PIN of his/her choice (4 numeric digits)
- Re-enter PIN of his/her choice (for confirmation)
A confirmation SMS will be sent to customer about PIN generation / Re-generation.
The customer can use this new PIN opted by him/her for all future card transactions.

PIN HAS TO BE FOUR DIGITS AS PER CHOICE OF THE CARD HOLDER. GREEN PIN FACILITY IS PROVIDED FREE OF COST.
